Local Liberal Democrats are backing Charlie to win. A former frontline carer working on Portsmouth Road in Hindhead, Charlie is the strong voice we need on health and social care.
He has the local background to take on the Conservatives, having both worked in our care sector locally and gone to school at Bohunt in Liphook.
Charlie was a candidate at the 2024 General Election in Portsmouth, where he increased the Lib Dem share of the vote while supporting neighbouring Winchester and Chichester, both of which now have Liberal Democrat MPs. His campaign focused on child poverty, sewage dumping and the crisis in our NHS.
When we show politics can work for people, and when we have an ambitious, practical plan for the future, we win.
